A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the legal requirements for doing so are not met.

Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted by: Flatbooster GmbH, Regattastr. 232, 12527 Berlin, Germany. Servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with flatbooster (DPA).

Upon each page request, the hosting provider automatically collects server log files transmitted by your browser. These include in particular: IP address, date and time of the request, URL accessed, data volume transferred, browser and operating system.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
Retention period: Server logs are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days, unless longer retention is required to investigate a specific incident.
Recipients: flatbooster GmbH as data processor; no disclosure to other third parties.

Contact Form & E-Mail

When you contact me via the contact form or by e-mail, the data you provide (e-mail address, message content) will be stored and used for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
Retention period: Data will be deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

E-Mail Processing via Google Workspace

For sending and receiving e-mails I use Google Workspace (a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In doing so, content and metadata of e-mails (sender address, subject, message content, timestamps) are processed on Google’s servers.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Google. Data may be transferred to third countries, in particular the USA; the safeguard applied is Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in professional business communication).

Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not employ any analytics or marketing services (e.g. Google Analytics). Only technically necessary resources are loaded. Font Awesome icons are served from a locally embedded font; no external requests to third-party providers are made.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data against the controller:

The use of contact data published in fulfilment of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising material is hereby expressly prohibited. In the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, in particular spam, I expressly reserve the right to take legal action.
